Young fashion designers, Crystelle Khan (Zimbabwe) and Aphelele Chonco (South Africa), compete this week on MADE IN AFRICA with the Architectural Challenge theme. Aphelele, a fulltime student, has been making once-off garments for her private clients and working from home using just basic tools. Crystelle has been featured in a Zimbabwe magazine for her views on the fashion industry in Zimbabwe. She also works from home, and makes a living from fashion designing, but would like to grow her brand more. This week the two fashion designers go head-to-head in a rough round of the competition that leaves the judges speechless. The results are spectacular as the scores are revealed. This week brings shock and amazement and a must-watch ending. Neither designer saw it coming. Joining the judging panel this week is Architect and Businessman, Ndabo Langa, who sits in with Resident Judge Vanessa Leisegang, Host, Nandi Madida and in-house Mentors Greg Wallis and Fezile Mdletshe.
